Please talk to the Admin staff or Senior Leadership Team if your child needs medication whilst at School. You will need to fill in a form, called an Administration of Medication form. The office staff will give you the necessary form to complete and support you with this.
If your child suffers from any condition, which is aggravated by certain foods or involvement in particular activities, you must ensure that staff are fully informed.
Please note that staff must be informed and kept up to date of any medical condition.
